1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Breakout Ventures (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with DankaiFlow (“the Service”), including our marketing website and the hosted application.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — when you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and any billing details handled by our payment processor.

Customer Data — the contacts, deals, messages, forms, and other content you or your team enter into the Service to run your business. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor; you remain the data controller for it.

Usage & technical information — when you use the Service or visit our website, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, to operate and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, process payments, deliver support, send service-related communications, and improve the product. We do not sell or rent your personal information or Customer Data.

4. Third-Party Processors

We rely on third-party providers to deliver parts of the Service — for example, hosting and authentication, database storage, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and, where you enable them, AI-assisted reply and voice features. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. A current list of the providers used by this deployment is available on request.

5. AI Features

If you enable AI-assisted features (such as automated chat, SMS, or voice replies), relevant conversation content is sent to our AI model provider to generate responses. We do not use your Customer Data to train third-party foundation models.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to allow for recovery, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss, including encryption in transit and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If personal information about you was entered into the Service by one of our customers (for example, as a lead or contact), please direct your request to that business directly, as they control that data; we will assist them as needed.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We and our marketing pages may use cookies and similar technologies, and, where configured, tools such as analytics or advertising pixels, to understand usage and improve the Service. On our marketing pages we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) for analytics and session recordings, with form fields masked. It only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

10. International Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
